まさにその通りです！スタードロップを初めて目にした時、何だか懐かしい気持ちがしました。そう、それは『赤毛のアン』、『アンネの日記』や『魔女の宅急便』などの物語を思い出すような感覚です。つまずき、運命や宿命に直面しながらも人生の通過儀礼（イニシエーション）の過程においてとても大切な人生の課題を思い出し熟考する。これらの素晴らしい物語の主人公の女の子たちが、勇気と強さを私たちにくれるのです。そしてこれらの物語に共通することは、美しい自然と素敵な土地を愛する主人公の心が描かれている事です。アシェルは、私たちを懐かしい気持ちにさせてくれる、たくさんの可愛らしく心温まる物語を私たちに与えてくれます。
Ashelle is from space and she is hiding in a small town. Mark Oakley describes the beautiful scenery of Nova Scotia in this comic. Some reviewer said:

Yes! It’s very true. When I first read this story, StarDrop reminded me of some good old days, which are like stories of “Anne of Green Gables,” “The Diary of Anne Frank” or “Kiki’s Delivery Service.” Remembering and thinking about our life tasks which, are very important processes of initiation even though we are struggling and facing the fate or destiny. All of the girls from these wonderful stories give us courage and strength. And also, all of the main characters’ love beautiful nature and the wonderful land. Ashelle gives us so many charming and heartwarming stories which remind us of the good old days.
